Kayleigh Merez writes rock the way you remember a fight you nearly lost — loud, a little bruised, impossible to shake. Her songs sit somewhere between the back of a guitar amp and a 3 a.m. confession, full of distorted bloom, blunt hooks and choruses built to be shouted back.

Raised on UK rock radio and the records her older brother wouldn’t hand back, she writes for rooms with low ceilings and high feelings. Recent material has moved between bedroom-demo fragility and full amplifier roar, with a sound she calls “loud feelings, neat edges.” New music lands across 2026.
